1. Services Provided
Afrivolve Tech Agency provides custom software development, web design, and digital strategy consulting. By engaging with our website or paying for a consultation, you agree to these terms.
2. Payments & Refunds
Consultation fees (GHS 200 - GHS 600) are paid upfront to secure a time slot. Cancellations made 24 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable. For Website Payment A non-refundable deposit (typically 70%) is required to initiate work unless otherwise stated in your project agreement. The remaining balance is payable before final delivery or website launch. Late payments beyond 7 days may attract a penalty of 5% of the outstanding balance per week.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment for a development project, the client owns the intellectual property of the custom code created. Afrivolve retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) states otherwise.
4. Limitation of Liability
Afrivolve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or any downtime experienced by hosted products.
